You’ve been told the best way to explore the unknown—start a business, change careers, redesign your life—is to make little bets.
Test. Observe. Iterate.
It’s risk mitigation by hypothesis testing.
It feels safe. Logical.
And it’s useful... to a point.
But here’s the problem:
Those little bets still follow existing logic
Inside the Dominant Thinking.
You test ideas against what’s already legible—
what the system already rewards,
what the data confirms.
It feels safer because you're not stepping from A to B.
You stepping from little A to little B.
With a little bet.
Yet, no matter how little you make A and B...
It's still A → B Thinking.
And that kind of thinking won’t create what you’re really after.
What you need is not A → B, but A → Not-A → B.
That's how you move from Dominant Thinking to Different Thinking.
→ You don't ask, “Does this fit reality?”
→ You ask, “What must reality look like if this IS true?”
You don't test a hypothesis.
You make a postulate.
And when you operate from a postulate,
you don’t test reality.
You rebuild reality.
Einstein Didn’t Start with 'Little Bets'
Take Einstein 1905.
The popular myth says he formulated the Theory of Special Relativity in response to the Michelson-Morley experiment—the one that measured the speed of light in moving references.
But if you read his paper, that’s not what he did.
He never mentions that experiment.
Not once.
While other scientists were busy formulating all sorts of hypotheses—trying to fit the data within the (Newtonian) Dominant Thinking—Einstein did something different.
He started with a conjecture—that the speed of light is constant for all observers—and he elevated it to a postulate.
"We will raise this conjecture to the status of a postulate…”
Then he asked himself:
"What must reality look like if this IS true?"
That's how he changed the world.
He didn’t iterate Physics.
He reorganised Physics.
That kind of thinking isn’t just for geniuses.
Once you understand the mechanics, you can apply them to your own world.
How I Created My Business Idea From Not-A
When I built Rare Dots, I didn’t start by helping people optimise life, build personal brands, or make little bets inside existing logic.
That is A → B Thinking.
Instead, I started from Not-A.
And I did it by raising a postulate:
"There are two sides to Uncertainty"
Most see Uncertainty only as a source of anxiety.
But there is also another side, as a source of creativity.
Later, I added a second postulate:
“Everyone carries Rare Dots, pre-verbal signals of a new logic that no Dominant Thinking can explain”
From those two postulates, I didn’t just launch a business.
I built a new kind of reasoning.
A Different Thinking—
One that doesn’t treat uncertainty as something to control,
but as the space where your Rare Dots begin to connect.
And in that connection, new coherence, agency, and meaning emerge.
Only then did I begin crafting hypotheses.
Participants tested these hypotheses—
not against old Dominant Thinking,
but within this new thinking.
The cohort was never a decision-making program. Or a way to better manage uncertainty in our lives.
It’s scaffolding for people to build new worlds as they outgrow old systems.
That’s what makes it different.
It’s not about winning in broken systems.
It helps you construct the logic of a new one.
From A → Not-A → B.
That’s how I built Rare Dots.
That's what true agency is about.
And that’s what I now help others create.
Sovereignty. Not mere survival.
How the "AI Prompts For Liminal Thinkers" Were Born
This same thinking is what made our AI Prompts possible.
They don’t replicate productivity hacks, coaching frameworks, or decision models rooted in Dominant Thinking.
That’s like adding wheels to horses.
Instead, they emerged from Different Thinking.
It began with a question:
"What if AI could help bring your Rare Dots forward and turn them into economic value?"
That’s what led to our concept of Pre-Verbal Economics:
It also led to model-free AI scaffolding—
not to give old Dominant Thinking solutions,
but to turn your Rare Dots into tangible value creation.
That’s exactly what our AI prompts are for—
and HOW they were created in the first place.
They don’t just help you create value from Not-A.
They were themselves created from Not-A.
They don’t fill an existing market demand in the old Dominant Thinking
And they didn’t start with an A → B business model.
They emerged from a world built on Not-A.
And it’s already happening.
Here.
Try It Yourself
Now that you understand the theory, let’s put it into practice.
