Let’s rewind.

Not to the beginning—but to the middle.

A young professor sits alone in Cornell's cafeteria.

He sees someone toss a plate into the air.

The wobble catches his attention.

The way it tilts.

He grabs a napkin.

Starts scribbling equations.

His boss walks by.

"What are you working on?"

“Just... curious about the plate’s rotation.”

“But what’s the importance of it?”,
the boss presses.

"What problem are you trying to solve?"

"I don't know... just playing with it."

That should be enough.

But it isn't.

Not in our culture…

The Trap We All Feel (But Can’t Name)

This probably made you think.

Because we’ve all been told.

Even subtly:

Curiosity only matters if it’s JUSTIFIED.

You’ve felt it.

That split-second moment—
When someone asks what you’re working on, and you scramble for an answer.

That hesitation of sharing a 'weird idea' that you can’t explain why it matters.

The need to 'Find Your Why' to start your entrepreneurial journey.

You say: “This feels interesting.”
They say: “But is it useful?”

You say: “I don…
